This website is operated by Almas Luxury Diamonds ("Almas", "we", "us") in Amman, Jordan. By using the website you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Purchases are also governed by our Terms of Sale.
2. Using the website
You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes: to browse our jewelry, place orders, book appointments and contact us. You must not misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping it in bulk, or submitting false or unlawful information.
3. Your account
Creating an account is optional. If you create one, keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that are used in breach of these terms.
4. Product information
We take care to describe and photograph our pieces accurately. Colours and sparkle can look different on screen, and handmade pieces may vary slightly. Diamond grades are those stated on the accompanying IGI report. Every order is collected in person, so you will always see your piece before taking it home.
5. Prices and availability
Prices are shown in Jordanian Dinars (JOD) and may change without notice. Showing a product does not guarantee it is in stock. If a price or description is shown in error, we may decline or cancel the affected order and refund any payment in full.
6. Intellectual property
The Almas name, logo, photographs, designs and text on this website belong to Almas or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
7. Links to other websites
The website may link to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Instagram or video-call platforms. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply.
8. Liability
We provide the website "as is" and do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by Jordanian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with its date, is the one that applies.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute.
